April 18 - 19th, 2022 - Transferred from TSC to NBC, new office has jurisdiction. May 16th, 2022 - A-File Arrived at NBC (According to Emma) The only connection I see is that I-485 is being sent to the same USCIS service center which has my I-140 under processing. I don't know on what basis my attorney sent my I-485/I-765/I-131 to National Benefit Center in Missouri. While the I-485 was transferred, I-131 & I-765 continues to be with NBC.I485 transferred from TSC to NBC, MO. My I485 was applied a year back (May'21) and couple of weeks back I got a notice stating that "In Order to Speed up processing we transferred your application/petition to following USCIS office for processing" and I see the NBC , Lee's Summit MO address given. Its an EB based I485 & I already have my EAD&AP.Submitted i485 on 08/26 BM 09/21 Transfer date 10/19 I140 approved on 06/01. Adding to that, you should do it between 8am and 8pm EST. I just type “representative” and that gives me the option to talk to a live agent. .
